Beyond the average checkup

What common checkups miss

Most symptoms often have root causes that a standard check-up rarely uncovers. Kyma's comprehensive blood testing finds these root causes.

Standard check-up
~10
biomarkers
Full blood count, glucose, cholesterol, TSH. If results come back "normal", nothing happens — even if the symptoms persist.
Kyma
100+
biomarkers across 14+ categories
Insulin, cortisol, ferritin, B12, Omega-3, ApoB, thyroid antibodies — and many more biomarkers that reveal the real underlying causes.

Say goodbye to fatigue

Iron or B12 deficiency that doesn't show as anaemia. Subclinical hypothyroidism behind "normal" results.

Targeted supplementation, dietary changes

Cortisol dysregulation and magnesium deficiency — not stress alone. Thyroid imbalances that standard tests miss.

Sharpen your focus

Low Omega-3 and subclinical inflammation cause brain fog. B12 and iron deficiencies that bloodwork usually ignores.

Insulin resistance detected years before diabetes develops. Thyroid antibodies hidden behind a "normal" TSH.

Yes. Kyma complements your existing primary care provider — it doesn't replace your doctor. We focus on identifying deficiencies, metabolic imbalances, and other underlying issues to improve your overall health. Our approach is designed to work alongside any current treatment and/or medication. However, in some cases, we might suggest to delay your membership until you complete your treatment to avoid implications.

Common checkups typically cover 10–15 biomarkers — which is not sufficient to get a complete view of how your body is performing. Kyma analyses 80–100+ biomarkers across 14+ health categories: metabolism, inflammation, heart health, thyroid, hormones, vitamins, liver and kidney function, and much more. These tests would cost over €500 at a private laboratory, and are rarely prescribed by doctors without a strong medical indication.

A fully personalised health plan that covers: nutrition guidance (foods that help, foods to avoid, a weekly meal plan), targeted supplements based on your body's deficiencies, an exercise plan, and actionable lifestyle changes. Everything is based on your unique results, medical history, and health goals. Every recommendation is backed by scientific evidence and comes with clear instructions for implementation.

Yes. Kyma's protocols were developed by physicians and researchers with decades of clinical experience and 90+ authored publications in international scientific journals. Your health plan is prepared by our team of clinical dietitians trained in our scientific approach. You will also have access to a dedicated health coach for support throughout yoru journey. (Please note: Kyma is not a primary care provider and does not replace the doctor–patient relationship.)

Kyma partners with 50+ accredited laboratories across Greece and the UK. You choose a date, time, and location through the platform. The appointment takes 15 minutes and includes a blood draw and urine sample.

We assess your lab results alongside your medical history, family history, diet, health goals, and any previous tests you've uploaded. Our assessment draws on hundreds of scientific publications and our team's clinical experience over the past decades. Every bespoke protocol is reviewed and approved by our clinical team.

No — testing is only available as part of a Kyma membership. Core includes 80+ biomarkers; Complete includes 100+. The value of Kyma goes beyond the tests themselves — it's the key health insights, the personalised protocol, and the ongoing support that follow. As a member, you can always purchase add-on testing.

Yes, your Kyma nutrition plan is based directly on your lab results and is a core part of the protocol.

Most members notice meaningful changes within 6–8 months. For the body to reach a very satisfactory level, it typically takes around a year, with optimal results taking approximately two years of consistent tracking and adjustment.
