The liver is central to metabolism, detoxification, and hormone regulation. For women, early liver changes can contribute to fatigue, hormonal imbalances, or poor tolerance to medications and alcohol. This panel measures key enzymes and proteins that assess liver function, iron storage, and early signs of inflammation or damage.
Biomarkers measured:
Alanine Transaminase (ALT)
Albumin
Albumin / Globulin Ratio

Aspartate Transaminase (AST)
Bilirubin
Ferritin
Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase (GGT)

The pancreas plays a key role in both digestion and blood sugar regulation. Measuring pancreatic enzymes provides insight into how well the body is breaking down fats and carbohydrates, and helps detect early signs of pancreatic stress or inflammation that can affect nutrient absorption and metabolic health.
Biomarkers measured:
- Lipase
- Pancreatic Amylase
Joint pain, stiffness, and inflammation can often be linked to elevated uric acid, a marker of gout and metabolic imbalance. Measuring this marker helps identify hidden contributors to joint discomfort and long-term metabolic health.
Biomarker measured:
Uric Acid
Allergies and sensitivities can silently affect energy, immunity, and inflammation. This test measures your body’s total immunoglobulin E (IgE) levels, an important marker of allergic activity, to help identify whether an overactive immune response may be contributing to chronic symptoms or inflammation.
Biomarker measured:
- Immunoglobulin E (IgE)
The pituitary and adrenal glands regulate many of the body’s most essential processes — from energy and stress response to hormonal balance and metabolism. This panel evaluates key hormones that influence vitality, resilience, and thyroid function, helping identify imbalances that can contribute to fatigue, burnout, and metabolic slowdown.
Biomarkers measured:
- Cortisol
- DHEA-Sulfate (DHEA-S)
- Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
Hormones influence mood, energy, skin, hair, metabolism, and reproductive health. This panel screens for androgen-related imbalances that can contribute to conditions like PCOS, giving a clearer view of patterns that may need targeted care.
Biomarkers measured:
Free Testosterone
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)
Total Testosterone
A complete blood count (CBC) provides a detailed picture of your blood health, including oxygen transport, immune function, and early signs of imbalance. For women, it highlights issues such as immune dysregulation that may otherwise go unnoticed.
Biomarkers measured:
White Cell Count
Red Blood Cells
Hemoglobin
Hematocrit

Basophils
For women, imbalances in blood sugar, insulin, and metabolic markers often lies at the root of fatigue, weight challenges, and conditions like PCOS. This panel measures key biomarkers of blood sugar control, inflammation, and hormone regulation to give a clear picture of your metabolic health and disease risk.
Biomarkers measured:
C-Peptide
Glucose
HDL Cholesterol
Hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c)
High sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hsCRP)
Homeostasis Model Assessment Insulin Resistance (HOMA-IR)
Insulin
Leptin
Resistin
Triglycerides
Uric Acid
Urine testing offers a simple but powerful window into kidney and urinary tract health. This panel assesses markers of kidney function, urinary tract health, and metabolic byproducts to support early detection and prevention.
Biomarkers measured:
Bilirubin in Urine
Erythrocytes in Urine
Glucose in Urine
Ketones in Urine
Leukocytes in Urine
Nitrite in Urine
Protein in Urine
Urobilinogen in Urine
pH of Urine
Digestive function is central to nutrient absorption, immune balance, and inflammation control. Subtle digestive imbalances can drive symptoms like bloating, fatigue, and food sensitivities. This panel helps identify markers of gut integrity and immune reactivity that may point to underlying digestive dysfunction, such as gluten sensitivity or intestinal inflammation.
Biomarker measured:
- Anti-Tissue Transglutaminase Antibodies
Nutrient deficiencies are common in women and can drive symptoms like fatigue, low mood, hair loss, and weakened immunity. This panel checks core vitamins and minerals—such as vitamin D, B12, folate, iron, calcium, and protein status—to reveal whether your body is getting what it needs to function at its best. By identifying hidden gaps, it supports energy, mood, metabolic health, and overall resilience.
Biomarkers measured:
Albumin
Calcium (corrected for albumin)
Iron
Vitamin B12
Vitamin B9 (Folate)
Vitamin D (25-Hydroxyvitamin D)
Women are at higher risk of osteoporosis, especially after menopause, when bone density naturally declines. This panel measures key markers of bone strength—including vitamin D, calcium, phosphate, and bone turnover enzymes. Identifying these markers helps protect bone health, mobility, and long-term resilience.
Biomarkers measured:
Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP)
Calcium (corrected for albumin)
Phosphate
Vitamin D (25-Hydroxyvitamin D)
Chronic inflammation is a hidden driver of many conditions that affect women, from autoimmune disease to heart disease and fatigue. This panel measures key markers of systemic inflammation and immune activity, helping to detect both acute infections and low-grade inflammation that can quietly impact long-term health.
Biomarkers measured:
C-Reactive Protein (CRP)
Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR)
High sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hsCRP)
The thyroid is the body’s master regulator of metabolism, influencing energy, weight, mood, and hormonal balance. Thyroid conditions are especially common in women, and this panel measures key hormones and antibodies to detect dysfunction and thyroid autoimmunity early.

Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
Chronological age is simply the number of years you’ve lived—but biological age shows how well your body is aging. Using a clinically validated epigenetic algorithm, we give you a clearer picture of how lifestyle, environment, and underlying factors are shaping your long-term health. Tracking biological age over time also helps measure the impact of positive changes on your future wellbeing.

Kyma is currently not available for individuals with cancer or for women who are pregnant
No. Kyma Health clinicians provide comprehensive, personalized care focused on prevention, lifestyle, and addressing the root causes of your health concerns. However, we do not manage urgent issues, vaccinations, prescriptions, or in-person physical exams. Kyma does not provide diagnoses, establish a doctor–patient relationship, or prescribe medication. We recommend maintaining a local primary care provider (PCP) for routine, acute, and medication-related care. Think of Kyma as your long-term health partner, complementing—not replacing—your PCP.
Kyma delivers comprehensive, holistic, and accessible care that goes far beyond standard checkups or wellness advice. We provide full-body visibility through in-depth lab testing across 80+ biomarkers, then pair it with a care team of top scientists, clinicians, and health coaches who have decades of experience helping tens of thousands of patients.
Unlike siloed care, we address the true root causes of chronic symptoms by targeting metabolic dysfunctions such as micronutrient deficiencies, mitochondrial issues, microbiome imbalances, and chronic inflammation—areas most providers overlook.
While private clinics may charge thousands for fragmented care, Kyma brings everything together in a digital membership. Your care team is always by your side, adjusting your plan and supporting you every step of the way to restore balance and put you back in control of your health.
Kyma is a membership-based digital health program designed to help you uncover the root causes of chronic symptoms and restore long-term balance.
